Our family has stayed at many Airbnb's worldwide and I can say without hesitation, it was the best home we've ever rented. Her home had amenities beyond our expectations and was just as listed. It was comfortable, well stocked with staples in the fridge and pantry, beautifully decorated with a beach vibe, with plenty of space and extras....a fully stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, highchairs and pack n plays, XBOX and DVD's galore, games for weeks of play, and don't even get me started on the fully stocked garage of bikes, helmets, tennis racket, coolers, wagons, beach toys, and so much more. We were in town for a wedding in Bayside and couldn't have been more comfortable in her home. Many thanks to Amy for hosting us in her house. Should we find ourselves in that area and need a home, she will be the first to call!!

I loved this place so much we tried to extend at the last minute! I traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids. everyone has their own space and loved every minute of it. It's perfect for families or large groups. The clubhouse pool was clutch for the kids with the relatively cool weather. the proximity to ocean city is also azimg. I promise you'll love this place. Amy is super communicative and responsive. we are already hoping to stay here later this year.

We had the best stay at Amy’s immaculate Selbyville property! Amy is absolutely great, she was very responsive, made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay, & great local recommendations! This is one of the first Airbnb’s that I’ve seen have everything you need from the kitchen gadgets, pots & pans, spices, great variety of coffee and tea options, lots of blankets, so many options for games, bicycles for everyone, plus more!! This beautiful home was so comfortable, the rooms were awesome, spacious and the home had a very open concept with a beautiful screened in porch. This home is centrally located, very close to shopping and very quiet area that offers so much within the subdivision. We also enjoyed a nice morning walk which was so relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend this home if you’re visiting the Selbyville area!! I would give more than 5 ⭐️ if I could!!! You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to visit again. Our large family of families gathered at Amy's AirBnb to celebrate Thanksgiving. This house has everything you need from comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, to bikes and lawn chairs for the family. The Harris Teeter is only 7 minutes away. We took advantage of the passes for the fitness/aquatic center where kids played in the indoor pool while the adults either worked out or went to the sauna. There were also paved walking/biking trails to keep us active. Highly recommend to large parties.

We recently stayed the weekend in offseason for a family wedding. Amy’s home was perfect for my large family and beautifully decorated. No detail was left out. Lots of personal touches made us feel so welcomed and she was very accommodating. Amy was very responsive and reached out prior to check in, during our stay, and anytime we had questions. We took advantage of the large game selection of games and Xbox. The large dining table was great for gathering for meals and game time. The gas fireplace was heavenly on the cold weekend. Our family had an amazing time and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer including bike rides. Truly and beautiful place and great host!

We stayed at Amy's for our annual golf trip, and boy are we glad we picked it. The house is beautiful and when you talk about ammenities, this place has absolutely everything you'll need. Amy was a joy as well; super responsive and extremely resourceful and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. One of my friends even forgot his golf shoes and Amy was graceful enough to help ship it back. I'd 100% recommend her place and would stay here again.

Our stay in Amy’s house was nothing short of amazing. Her hospitality and attention to details were great. We had everything we needed right there in our reach- from extra bicycles, to games, all the kitchen items you might need for your stay and so much more. Amy was super responsive and provided all information needed to add to our amazing family vacation. The home was extremely clean and very spacious- our family of 14 (various ages) fit comfortably with ample space left over. The home is located in a great location- a short 4 minute drive to all amenities (well worth the extra purchase as well) and a short 30 min drive to Ocean City boardwalk. Wonderful memories created in this home- thank you Amy for everything! We’re looking forward to future stays here!

This place was AMAZING. It was big, beautiful, clean, and full of everything and anything you would need! On top of that, the community itself was incredible! My family and I used the outdoor pool daily-it was incredible! We also used the pickle ball courts, playground, restaurant at the Pointe, etc. etc. Everything about our stay at Amy's place was beyond what we could've imagined. Amy was also extremely communicative and helpful. We had ZERO issues with this place. I would come every year if I could! What a perfect vacation for our family!

This house was a great find for our big group of 15. There was enough space for our family and the living room/kitchen area was a nice open area where we could all hang out. Amy was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any of my questions. Getting around the Bayside development is easy with the many bikes that were provided. The house was well stocked with the essentials we needed for our trip.

This is the second time we've stayed at Amy's house in Bayside. The house is clean and laid out well for a family. The extra family room in the loft is a great space for kids and teens to spread out. The kitchen is stocked and there's an extra fridge in the garage, which we used for drinks and ice. Amy also has lots of bikes, beach and lawn chairs and coolers to make traveling a little easier. The community itself is awesome with an amenity for everyone. Its easy to get to Fenwick State Park, which is where we went to the beach. Amy is a super helpful, friendly host who communicated quickly and effectively. She is thoughtful in making sure you have everything you need and I would absolutely recommend her place to friends and family.

Great amenities (although $60 for use of gyms and pools for 3 days was a bit steep). We enjoyed a concert at the Freeman Pavillion right on site. Fabulous venue! Home in a great location. Kitchen is fully equipped, large griller in the patio, only thing missing was Skewers which she dropped at the door within few minutes without any charge. We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The place was spotless and it is amazingly well stocked. We stayed there with our 3 kids and they loved playing with all the games and toys that are provided. Additionally, the bedroom set up is great for a family and would be ideal for a weeklong stay close to the beach. We didn’t get to experience the resort amenities in Bayside as the weather was not cooperative, but enjoyed staying at the house all the same. I would highly recommend Amy’s place to anyone looking for a resort/close to the beach location.

The rental was just as it is described in the listing and in the photos. The house is stocked with games, books, movies, etc. We stayed over Christmas and Amy had a Christmas tree and decorations ready to greet us when we arrived. We would happily stay again in the future.

The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly how it was described. Even with 7 adults and 2 kids, the house felt very spacious. We especially enjoyed the bikes and wagon. Amy was very responsive and even reached out saying we could check in early the first day since the house had already been cleaned. We weren't in the area yet then, but the later check out that she was also able to give us on our final day was perfect, so we were able to enjoy our morning there before packing up and leaving. Overall, we'd definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for something in the area and greatly appreciate the wonderful time we had there. Thanks Amy!

The house is very clean. The decorations are so detailed and attractive. We had 3 nights and there were enough amenities. There are a ton of games and bikes that make the kids spontaneously engaging with fun and activities. The area is so peaceful and private that makes walking around the area more enjoyable. Amy the host is very friendly. Her comunication was clear and precise. I definitely recommend this property a lot!

First, the Bayside Resort and Golf Course was excellent. From a great golf course to a beautiful pool, huge kids pool, and splash section all the amenities were great! I loved the bar and snacks available right by the pool and hot tub. Overall you really did not ever need to leave the resort to stay busy. The concert pavilion on the resort was a great plus. The resort pass was reasonable at $85.00 per week or just $55.00 for three days. That entitled you to use almost everything on the resort, including pools (indoor and outside), tennis, and pickleball courts. Now, Amy's 5-bedroom house. The duplex was beautiful, extremely clean, and cared for. Amy had games with many bikes and tennis rackets available. Also, a fully equipped Coffee Bar, Keurig, and regular drip coffee maker. The house and bedrooms were plenty big, and the gas grill is to die for! At nights our family would sit out and eat dinner on the screened-in back porch. Amy was great communicator. Truly a 5-star home!

The resort is beautiful with so many paths to walk and bike, the resort offers activities throughout the day for both kids and adults, and the pools were wonderful without ever feeling over crowded! The house was immaculate and felt like we were right at home, everything worked out perfectly to accommodate our large family! Amy was very responsive and offered ideas and reminders in taking full advantage of all the home and resort had to offer! This was a great choice for our family of 9. We had from age 1 to 80 years old. The house was spacious and everyone had their own room. We had many options on this vacation. If it rained go to the indoor pool or gym. I joined a fitness class every morning. Go down to the point and paddle board or kayak. Then get a drink at 38 degree bar. Go to the larger outdoor pools with kido fountains etc. If you want to chill and have more quiet after a day at fenwick beach go to the commons pool and bar. After dinner at home one night we went up to "Signatures" on the golf course. Had a drink a drink and played bocce on their beautiful court. We had such a diverse selection of fun things to keep us all entertained. Also the house has bikes to ride all around the community. Saw a funny comedy so on the property at the freemans pavilion. Deruis Rutgers played our last night and was unable to get tickets. The house has chairs and we sat by the pond and could watch from there. I recommend 👌

We had extended family reunion. House was handicapped accessible, with exception of 3 steps to get in house. The house fit our needs, including fully stocked kitchen. House was beautiful. Parking was a little tricky when we all got together. Neighborhood was quiet and close by to stores.

The online photos don't do this place justice. You have to experience it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. The home is spacious, cozy, clean and modern.
