We loved staying at this place! It was perfect for our family. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, beach chairs, bikes, and even a cooler for our beach days. Amy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. One recommendation: if you plan on swimming or using the community amenities, definitely purchase the day passes. They’re well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Naomi

We enjoyed our stay with Amy. She was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Her home was beautiful and exactly as described. It was a perfect New Years getaway for our 3 families.

Amy was very responsive and friendly as soon as I made reservations. Amy kept me informed every step of the way. Her house was very welcoming and decorated for the holidays. My family and I felt like we were at a home away from home. Thank you again Amy for your hospitality.

Needed a local getaway and Amy’s place was literally perfect! Amy was the ideal host as she was very responsive and everything exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a beach house in the Summer or a convenient house off-season, we cannot recommend this place enough.

Ashley

What an absolutely amazing place! My whole family visited for a quick weekend while we were in town for a wedding and we all wished we could stay longer! The kids LOVED it here.. there’s so much room for everyone. The king suit downstairs is a literal dream. And you cannot beat the neighborhood! 1000% recommend Amy’s place!

Courtney

A group of friends with kids stayed in this house. It was perfect for your couples and young kids. It had everything we needed. Rooms have black out curtains and all closets are big enough for pack n plays. The house was very clean. And the amenities were perfect. Amy was so responsive and the most amazing host. Zero complaints on the stay :)

Caroline

This was our second stay at Amy’s house. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 children. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pantry has many condiments and spices etc. and many other goodies. Lots of coffee and tea! Bayside resort is our favorite place. Has all the amenities for any age. Amy’s house has a wide range of bikes and beach chairs. We even found found a net we could catch crabs with. Staying at Amy’s house has been our summer highlight for the past two years and will definitely book again for next year!

Kathy

house is stocked with everything you could possibly need, kitchen has everything, paper goods were there, soaps, extra towels, etc. Garage had tons of beach things and bikes available. Host was super responsive, always responded within minutes of texting her. very enjoyable stay

Carla

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was perfect for our group of three families with four teens. The house itself is beautiful and in a great location, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. It was also incredibly well stocked with everything we could need—beach supplies, bikes, coffee, tea, condiments, linens, and plenty of towels. Amy, our host, was excellent and very responsive whenever we had a question. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

Michelle

We have rented many houses in Bayside over the years, and this house is our new favorite! Specific things we enjoyed at this house as compared to others: Layout of rooms, different living spaces indoors & outdoors all great. Beds & bedding very comfy; bath towels provided were nice & plush.House is well stocked in the kitchen and all the bikes & beach equipment you need.Great furnishings (my teenage son still talking about the most comfortable couch he’s ever sat on) & emphasis on local artwork.Homeowner responded to my many questions immediately & patiently despite the fact that the info was already provided and I just didn’t read it. And I cannot overstate the convenience of beds already being made upon your arrival and not having to deal with stripping/washing of bed linens when you’re trying to leave at the end of your stay. Don’t hesitate, this is the one.

Dave

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay. Amy was a great host and when asked any questions we had. We had a total of 14 people 7 adults and 7 kids. The pool area was great with its amenities. Highly recommend

Cheryl

Amy is terrific. Starting from our rental confirmation, she was in touch to help us make the most of our stay. She let us know when the Freeman Stage concert schedule came out and reminded us we could use the chairs in the garage to enjoy the concert. The house is spacious and comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything needed for adults, children, toddlers, and babies. Plenty of bikes, helmets, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, even a wagon to pull it all. Amy answered every question we had promptly and was very friendly with each interaction. It is a plus to have towels, linens, as well as pantry and refrigerator basics there. This is our second vacation week at Amy's house; great place to build core memories for our grandchildren.

Cherie

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation home. This home has been the most well stocked that we have stayed in during our Bayside resort vacation. The home is spacious and the layout is great so that everyone could have their own space. We really enjoyed the screened in porch!! Our host, Amy, was very responsive to our needs.

Marc

Amy was the perfect host, and her house was fantastic! All her communication was friendly, prompt, and helpful. We felt right at home from the moment we walked into her house. She thought of everything - and more! Super clean, tidy, well-stocked, spacious, cozy, and welcoming all describe her home in Bayside. We had a wonderful time enjoying the community of Bayside, and cannot wait to return to this home. We will recommend her and her home to all our family and friends.

Kathleen

Our stay at Amy’s place was perfect. Amy was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The house was very clean and our group felt right at home. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook anything you wanted. The screened in patio was a great space to hang out at night! Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend staying at any of Amy’s locations.

Amara

Amy’s place EXCEEDED my expectations. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Amy was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly! The place is super clean and spacious. The beds are really comfortable. Pretty much anything you need, it’s there! Thank you for having me and my group Amy!

Jared

We had an issue with the breaker box and Amy had a handyman out the next morning. Our stay was great and the golf in the surrounding area was exceptional.

Amelia

Amy was very welcoming and kind from the very first minutes of booking her home. Her house was clean, comforting, and was a wonderful place to make memories with loved ones. My friends and I will be back next year for sure!

Michele

Our family has stayed at many Airbnb's worldwide and I can say without hesitation, it was the best home we've ever rented. Her home had amenities beyond our expectations and was just as listed. It was comfortable, well stocked with staples in the fridge and pantry, beautifully decorated with a beach vibe, with plenty of space and extras....a fully stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, highchairs and pack n plays, XBOX and DVD's galore, games for weeks of play, and don't even get me started on the fully stocked garage of bikes, helmets, tennis racket, coolers, wagons, beach toys, and so much more. We were in town for a wedding in Bayside and couldn't have been more comfortable in her home. Many thanks to Amy for hosting us in her house. Should we find ourselves in that area and need a home, she will be the first to call!!

Pradeep

Great experience. Worth it!

Andre

I loved this place so much we tried to extend at the last minute! I traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids. everyone has their own space and loved every minute of it. It's perfect for families or large groups. The clubhouse pool was clutch for the kids with the relatively cool weather. the proximity to ocean city is also azimg. I promise you'll love this place. Amy is super communicative and responsive. we are already hoping to stay here later this year.

Mike

The house was a perfect place for our family wedding. The master bathroom and shower were great for our older parent with limited mobility. Most of all the host, Amy, was fantastic and accommodating. Thank you for making our weekend memorable.

Tiffanie

We had the best stay at Amy’s immaculate Selbyville property! Amy is absolutely great, she was very responsive, made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay, & great local recommendations! This is one of the first Airbnb’s that I’ve seen have everything you need from the kitchen gadgets, pots & pans, spices, great variety of coffee and tea options, lots of blankets, so many options for games, bicycles for everyone, plus more!! This beautiful home was so comfortable, the rooms were awesome, spacious and the home had a very open concept with a beautiful screened in porch. This home is centrally located, very close to shopping and very quiet area that offers so much within the subdivision. We also enjoyed a nice morning walk which was so relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend this home if you’re visiting the Selbyville area!! I would give more than 5 ⭐️ if I could!!! You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks so much Amy for everything!!

Charlotte

My sisters and I decided to take a last-minute trip to Rehoboth after Christmas. Luckily, we found Amy’s place which was perfect. This house has everything you can think of and Amy was extremely responsive. I look forward to my next trip to Rehoboth and staying at her place.!

Sewak

Our large family of families gathered at Amy's AirBnb to celebrate Thanksgiving. This house has everything you need from comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, to bikes and lawn chairs for the family. The Harris Teeter is only 7 minutes away. We took advantage of the passes for the fitness/aquatic center where kids played in the indoor pool while the adults either worked out or went to the sauna. There were also paved walking/biking trails to keep us active. Highly recommend to large parties.

Susan

We recently stayed the weekend in offseason for a family wedding. Amy’s home was perfect for my large family and beautifully decorated. No detail was left out. Lots of personal touches made us feel so welcomed and she was very accommodating. Amy was very responsive and reached out prior to check in, during our stay, and anytime we had questions. We took advantage of the large game selection of games and Xbox. The large dining table was great for gathering for meals and game time. The gas fireplace was heavenly on the cold weekend. Our family had an amazing time and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer including bike rides. Truly and beautiful place and great host!

Sherlema

We really enjoyed our experience at Amy’s home. She was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions.

Guy

Such a lovely home. Great furnishings and everything made you feel right at home. Everything felt very personable. Great to be able to use the garage. This is a great place for a decent sized group or families. Amy was very responsive and very kind. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Stephen

Excellent stay for our family along with others for a local pickleball tournament.

Michael

We stayed at Amy's for our annual golf trip, and boy are we glad we picked it. The house is beautiful and when you talk about ammenities, this place has absolutely everything you'll need. Amy was a joy as well; super responsive and extremely resourceful and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. One of my friends even forgot his golf shoes and Amy was graceful enough to help ship it back. I'd 100% recommend her place and would stay here again.

Celita

Overall, great experience and will stay again.

Thomas

Our stay in Amy’s house was nothing short of amazing. Her hospitality and attention to details were great. We had everything we needed right there in our reach- from extra bicycles, to games, all the kitchen items you might need for your stay and so much more. Amy was super responsive and provided all information needed to add to our amazing family vacation. The home was extremely clean and very spacious- our family of 14 (various ages) fit comfortably with ample space left over. The home is located in a great location- a short 4 minute drive to all amenities (well worth the extra purchase as well) and a short 30 min drive to Ocean City boardwalk. Wonderful memories created in this home- thank you Amy for everything! We’re looking forward to future stays here!

Katie

This place was AMAZING. It was big, beautiful, clean, and full of everything and anything you would need! On top of that, the community itself was incredible! My family and I used the outdoor pool daily-it was incredible! We also used the pickle ball courts, playground, restaurant at the Pointe, etc. etc. Everything about our stay at Amy's place was beyond what we could've imagined. Amy was also extremely communicative and helpful. We had ZERO issues with this place. I would come every year if I could! What a perfect vacation for our family!

Maribeth

This house was a great find for our big group of 15. There was enough space for our family and the living room/kitchen area was a nice open area where we could all hang out. Amy was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any of my questions. Getting around the Bayside development is easy with the many bikes that were provided. The house was well stocked with the essentials we needed for our trip.

Benjamin

Our stay was perfect everything was as described and the communication was amazing.

Tiffaney

This is the second time we've stayed at Amy's house in Bayside. The house is clean and laid out well for a family. The extra family room in the loft is a great space for kids and teens to spread out. The kitchen is stocked and there's an extra fridge in the garage, which we used for drinks and ice. Amy also has lots of bikes, beach and lawn chairs and coolers to make traveling a little easier. The community itself is awesome with an amenity for everyone. Its easy to get to Fenwick State Park, which is where we went to the beach. Amy is a super helpful, friendly host who communicated quickly and effectively. She is thoughtful in making sure you have everything you need and I would absolutely recommend her place to friends and family.

Caroline

Amy’s house was everything as described and actually even better! House had everything you could imagine available. Location was perfect and Amy’s communication was the best! Thank you Amy! We will be booking again!

Sean

Absolutely amazing! Our stay exceeded all expectations. The home is even better than the pictures and the resort is so beautiful and peaceful. Totally recommend and will stay again!

Suzanne

Our group of eight girlfriends truly enjoyed our stay at Amy's home. It was so well appointed and comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Great amenities (although $60 for use of gyms and pools for 3 days was a bit steep). We enjoyed a concert at the Freeman Pavillion right on site. Fabulous venue! Home in a great location. Highly recommend!!

Kelsey

Amy was a wonderful host. She was very attentive and so kind as to allowing an early check in & late check out. The kids enjoyed the house and all adults were comfortable. We will stay again next year.

Corey

Great spacious house, very clean!

Lizmarie

This house was amazing! Everything was great. Great host very responsive. The house was beautiful.

Sarah

Amy’s place was the perfect getaway for our family to meet up with another family for Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for us. We made full use of the community pool with splash pads and the tiki bar! And the walk and restaurant at The Point made me feel like I was in Florida! Such a fun way to kick off summer!

Asani

This place was beautiful! Me and my family really enjoyed our stay! Will return when we get the chance. Our host Amy was amazing!

Shari

The place was as shown in the pictures, very clean, good and clean area. I would request to book again anytime.

Siddhartha

Amy is super responsive host and respectful, provided everything we needed ! Equally good is the house, filled with lot of amenities, sparkling clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, large griller in the patio, only thing missing was Skewers which she dropped at the door within few minutes without any charge. Can’t recommend enough for a peaceful, comfortable stay ! We only wish to come back here again in summer, Thanks Amy !

Benjamin

We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The place was spotless and it is amazingly well stocked. We stayed there with our 3 kids and they loved playing with all the games and toys that are provided. Additionally, the bedroom set up is great for a family and would be ideal for a weeklong stay close to the beach. We didn’t get to experience the resort amenities in Bayside as the weather was not cooperative, but enjoyed staying at the house all the same. I would highly recommend Amy’s place to anyone looking for a resort/close to the beach location.

Fatimah

This house was absolutely great. It was clean and spacious. I asked about Christmas decorations when i booked, and they had the house decorated really nice when we arrived. I would definitely book this house again.

Amy

The rental was just as it is described in the listing and in the photos. The house is stocked with games, books, movies, etc. We stayed over Christmas and Amy had a Christmas tree and decorations ready to greet us when we arrived. We would happily stay again in the future.

Quantavia

Amy’s place met and exceeded my expectations. The house was clean and exactly as pictured on Ad. Amy’s kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, dish soap and many other necessities. Amy checked in on us throughout the visit and made everything easily accessible. My whole family loved it from ages 3 to 70.I would definitely stay here again.

Monalisa

Home away from home beautiful!!!

Nimit

The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly how it was described. Even with 7 adults and 2 kids, the house felt very spacious. We especially enjoyed the bikes and wagon. Amy was very responsive and even reached out saying we could check in early the first day since the house had already been cleaned. We weren't in the area yet then, but the later check out that she was also able to give us on our final day was perfect, so we were able to enjoy our morning there before packing up and leaving. Overall, we'd definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for something in the area and greatly appreciate the wonderful time we had there. Thanks Amy!

Hirut

The house is very clean. The decorations are so detailed and attractive. We had 3 nights and there were enough amenities. There are a ton of games and bikes that make the kids spontaneously engaging with fun and activities. The area is so peaceful and private that makes walking around the area more enjoyable. Amy the host is very friendly. Her comunication was clear and precise. I definitely recommend this property a lot!

Kalen

This house was IMMACULATE!!! Had beyond adequate space and rooms and amenities!!! The game closet was an added GEM!! We will absolutely be booking again in the near future.

Paul

First, the Bayside Resort and Golf Course was excellent. From a great golf course to a beautiful pool, huge kids pool, and splash section all the amenities were great! I loved the bar and snacks available right by the pool and hot tub. Overall you really did not ever need to leave the resort to stay busy. The concert pavilion on the resort was a great plus. The resort pass was reasonable at $85.00 per week or just $55.00 for three days. That entitled you to use almost everything on the resort, including pools (indoor and outside), tennis, and pickleball courts. Now, Amy's 5-bedroom house. The duplex was beautiful, extremely clean, and cared for. Amy had games with many bikes and tennis rackets available. Also, a fully equipped Coffee Bar, Keurig, and regular drip coffee maker. The house and bedrooms were plenty big, and the gas grill is to die for! At nights our family would sit out and eat dinner on the screened-in back porch. Amy was great communicator. Truly a 5-star home!

Carol

We had a great time staying at Amy’s home. The resort is beautiful with so many paths to walk and bike, the resort offers activities throughout the day for both kids and adults, and the pools were wonderful without ever feeling over crowded! The house was immaculate and felt like we were right at home, everything worked out perfectly to accommodate our large family! Amy was very responsive and offered ideas and reminders in taking full advantage of all the home and resort had to offer! She is an excellent host, and no small detail was overlooked to make the home and our vacation as wonderful as possible!

Cheryl

This house is beautiful; location and amenities at Bayside can't be beat. Amy was the best AirBnB host we have ever worked with.

Jeanine

This was a great choice for our family of 9. We had from age 1 to 80 years old. The house was spacious and everyone had their own room. We had many options on this vacation. If it rained go to the indoor pool or gym. I joined a fitness class every morning. Go down to the point and paddle board or kayak. Then get a drink at 38 degree bar. Go to the larger outdoor pools with kido fountains etc. If you want to chill and have more quiet after a day at fenwick beach go to the commons pool and bar. After dinner at home one night we went up to "Signatures" on the golf course. Had a drink a drink and played bocce on their beautiful court. We had such a diverse selection of fun things to keep us all entertained. Also the house has bikes to ride all around the community. Saw a funny comedy so on the property at the freemans pavilion. Deruis Rutgers played our last night and was unable to get tickets. The house has chairs and we sat by the pond and could watch from there. I recommend 👌

Christopher

Great home for staying on a little vacation getaway great area and very affordable if you have enough people to chip in with you

Julie

We had extended family reunion. House was handicapped accessible, with exception of 3 steps to get in house. The house fit our needs, including fully stocked kitchen. House was beautiful. Parking was a little tricky when we all got together. Neighborhood was quiet and close by to stores.

Amber

This AirB&B was beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. My fiancé and I and a couple of our friends went away for a couples getaway and I thought their was enough room for everyone. I’ve stayed at AirB&b’s before and the kitchens always had the bare minimum, and this kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet. We also loved the outside sitting area! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick weekend getaway. Thank you Amy!

Mekonnen

The home is nice and clean. Has books, Dvds and games to entertain everyone . Great host. The whole family was pleased with our stay. Thank you

Tonia

My stay and communication with Amy was exceptional. A few friends and family came together to celebrate my husband‘s 60th birthday. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped from the pots and pans, appliances, seasonings down to the condiments . 😊 Amy though of everything. There was even cotton balls, Q-tips and bandages in the bathroom drawers of every bathroom. 👏🏾 I felt like I was at my Mom’s home. Complete Comfort 🥰. We will definitely return 10 ⭐️‘s

Gabriella

Absolutely loved our stay!

Markeda

Unfortunately I had a sudden death in my family and Amy was very concerned and helpful. I would love to book another stay at Amy’s place.

I recently stayed at Amy’s place and it exceeded all of my expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Covington

The online photos don't do this place justice. You have to experience it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. The home is spacious, cozy, clean and modern. We enjoyed it from the moment we walked in. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The community is very nice and family friendly. There was plenty of space for 2 families if needed. I hope to come back again and will definitely look up this home in my search. 5 stars all the way around!
