Amy was the PERFECT host! Her home was BEAUTIFUL and accommodated our big family perfectly! We were able to cook, shower, wash, and sleep so comfortably! She has chairs, beach toys, yard toys, fire pit perfect for s’mores! We will be returning next year as we have all agreed this will be an annual vacation rental!

We had a great last minute trip for our family, the perfect place to stay. Everyone fully enjoyed themselves, from my 80 yr old mother visiting from WA, our adult children and grand children and our grand pups!!! The weather took a drastic turn but we definitely made the best of 37 degree temperatures!! Definitely discussing another family trip in the near future!!!

Amy was a fantastic host, and her home was well stocked and cozy. We had everything we needed from extra trash bags and toilet paper to dish soap and detergent. We lost power during our stay, and Amy was attentive and accommodating. She always responded promptly and continued to reach out to the electric company to get updates for us, so we knew how to move forward. Amy is an excellent host!

The house was stocked perfectly with everything you could need. We had our Thanksgiving dinner there and all we needed to bring was a roasting pan for the turkey, everything else was there. The games and toys in the garage were so perfect for the kids. Amy responded very quickly and even took time out of her Thanksgivng day to check on us to be sure we had everything we needed. I would rent from her again any time.

Such a cute little house. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. House was clean and easily accessible. Having 5 full bathrooms in the main house was amazing. Tons of fun games and beach accessories were available if needed. Hosted a weekend with 12 teen girls and they had a blast and loved the 2 bunk rooms!

Amy had great communication with us from start to finish. The place was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would strongly recommend staying here. There are many amenities to take advantage of. The beach is just a short walk away. Watching the sun rise and set from the porch was breathtaking.

The house was so nice. Lots of space for our group. Amy was extremely responsive when we had a question. She responded within a few minutes. Everything we needed was provided, trash bags, dish soap, cooking utensils, crock pot, etc. even though it rained everyday we still had an amazing time. We even utilized the hot tub which we didn’t think we would since we thought it would be too hot.

We had a large group stay here, and everyone had only good things to say about it!! It is beautiful, very clean, and homey as soon as you walk in. It is a large house, and the layout works so well. We did a lot of cooking, and we had all of the kitchen equipment we needed. There is seriously not one thing Amy is missing in that house. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage are all fully stocked with anything you need for your stay. You can see the beach from the balconies of the house, and it is about a 5-6 minute walk down the street to the beach. Amy provides all of the chairs, sand toys, boogie boards you will need. And she also supplies a wagon to get everything to the beach easily! The hot tub, large yard games, and Xbox were huge hits with us! Also, if you’re traveling with kids, they will LOVE the double bunk room. Overall, this house was an amazing find! I would stay here again without hesitation!

We rented Amy’s place for a work trip and it was perfect. We had 12 adults and everyone had a nice bed and plenty of space. Every person commented how great of a house it was in one way or another! This house had one of the most well stocked kitchens I have seen in an Airbnb also, which made it easy to cook for everyone. Amy was super responsive and so friendly when we reached out with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our group of five families, with kids ages 6-17. Compact layout utilized the space very well - never felt crowded. 5-7 min walk to the beach for easy access (we usually sent one car ahead to drop off our chairs and such). Impressively appointed kitchen - no shortage of dishes and every appliance we needed. Loved the outdoor spaces including the outdoor shower and bathroom. One issue with upstairs AC when we arrived, but the host Amy was quick to respond and get HVAC out to fix it. Super clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!!

Amy was quick to respond to any and all questions we had. She took the time to explain everything about the check-in and check-out process in great detail, and made a point to touch base with us not long after we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything. The rooms were great, plenty of beds! The room with DOUBLE QUEEN BUNKS were awesome! And the king bedroom being upstairs with a private balcony - just wonderful! This house comfortably sleeps 22, just like the listing says. 10/10 recommend!
