Anyone who shares in the cooking will remain part of the action, with the fully equipped kitchen just steps away from the living room. You’ll find all the standard major appliances – large refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher – along with a good selection of small kitchen appliances – blender, air fryer, toaster, crockpot, mixer, can opener, and rice cooker. You’ll have plenty of counterspace to prep on, including the kitchen island, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite recipes. You’ll appreciate the kitchen’s excellent lighting. Grab your coffee from the coffee bar with Keurig Duo that works with both K-cups and ground coffee (host-supplied) and a hot-water kettle for tea. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE There are no security cameras on the property, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy during their stay. Parties and events are not permitted, in accordance with Airbnb policies. Pets are welcome. Up to two dogs are permitted with a $200 pet fee, which covers up to two dogs of any size. Please contact the host in advance regarding any breed restrictions required by the insurance policy. Fresh linens are provided on all beds, and 22 bath towels are included for guest use. Please bring your own beach towels for use at the beach. The hot tub is for adult use only. For safety, please do not use glass or breakable items near the hot tub. Guests are asked to rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering. Always replace the hot tub cover when it is not in use, and do not sit or stand on the cover to avoid damage. The hot tub is professionally serviced once a week, typically on Tuesdays, and will be temporarily unavailable during servicing. A charcoal grill is provided for guest use. Please plan to bring your own charcoal. A fire pit is available for guest enjoyment. Please bring your own firewood, which is easily purchased nearby. For safety, never leave the fire unattended and be sure it is fully extinguished when finished. A bucket is provided in the garage, and a hose is located near the fire pit. Hand soap and basic household cleaning products are provided. Guests should bring their own body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. Power outages can occasionally occur in the area. Flashlights and lanterns are provided for your convenience. Due to the warm coastal climate, guests may occasionally encounter bugs. The home does not receive mail delivery. Please do not send mail or packages to the property. Trash pickup typically occurs on Mondays and Thursdays. Trash cans are located near the end of the driveway.

This home was ideal for our Christmas getaway and comfortably accommodated our group of 22. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, appliances, and dishware, which made cooking for a large group easy and stress-free. The location was a major bonus—having a 24-hour gas station right across the street was a lifesaver on Christmas Day when everything else was closed, especially when I realized I had forgotten the cranberry sauce! The house was beautiful, our stay was wonderful, and we made unforgettable Christmas 2025 memories here. Highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. We had a group of 10, from grandparents to great grandchildren and the house was great for us. Everyone had their own space to spread out. The amenities were above and beyond in many areas, from the fully stocked coffee bar to lots of beach toys and chairs. Paper goods were well stocked, and dish detergent was available as well as laundry detergent and kitchen garbage bags. Amy was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had a large group stay here, and everyone had only good things to say about it!! It is beautiful, very clean, and homey as soon as you walk in. It is a large house, and the layout works so well. We did a lot of cooking, and we had all of the kitchen equipment we needed. There is seriously not one thing Amy is missing in that house. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage are all fully stocked with anything you need for your stay. You can see the beach from the balconies of the house, and it is about a 5-6 minute walk down the street to the beach. Amy provides all of the chairs, sand toys, boogie boards you will need. And she also supplies a wagon to get everything to the beach easily! The hot tub, large yard games, and Xbox were huge hits with us! Also, if you’re traveling with kids, they will LOVE the double bunk room. Overall, this house was an amazing find! I would stay here again without hesitation!

Compact layout utilized the space very well - never felt crowded. 5-7 min walk to the beach for easy access (we usually sent one car ahead to drop off our chairs and such). She took the time to explain everything about the check-in and check-out process in great detail, and made a point to touch base with us not long after we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything. The rooms were great, plenty of beds! The room with DOUBLE QUEEN BUNKS were awesome! And the king bedroom being upstairs with a private balcony - just wonderful!
